Shipping Protection

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Harper Kendall. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 3 - 5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. International orders will take longer depending on destination and country.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Harper Kendall is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you, and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. 

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint

Harper Kendall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Harper Kendall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship worldwide, with a standard Shipping charge of £9.95 for any destination outside the U.K. and can provide additional shipping or other courier services on request if required by the client or customer. We are not liable for any International customs duties, Taxes or charges outside the U.K
