Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak trading periods, promotional events, or seasonal demand, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

International Delivery

  • Europe: 7–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Checkout+ Package Protection

For additional peace of mind, customers may choose Checkout+ Package Protection during checkout.

Checkout+ helps protect eligible orders against loss, damage, or theft occurring during transit. If a protected order experiences a qualifying issue during delivery, customers may be able to submit a claim through Checkout+ for review and resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Harper Kendall cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Harper Kendall is not responsible for customs delays or charges imposed by local authorities.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery services are operated by third-party carriers.

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or has experienced an unusual delay, please contact our customer support team promptly so that we can assist with investigating the issue.

Where Checkout+ Package Protection has been purchased, claims may also be submitted in accordance with the provider's terms and conditions.
